Bibliotheca Busan is a free outdoor book festival held right on Dadaepo Beach, combining reading, book talks and music with a sea view. It's organised by Busan Metropolitan City in partnership with local libraries, bookstores and publishers, so it has a strong community, literary feel rather than a typical commercial festival.
Getting there from Seoul
Take the KTX from Seoul Station to Busan Station (roughly 2.5–3 hours). From Busan Station, connect to Busan Metro Line 1 and ride to Dadaepo Beach Station, which sits right by the venue. Trains run frequently, so this is an easy same-day trip if you plan around the Saturday/Sunday event days.
